Chief Justice Lahore High Court Khawaja Sharif has formed a full bench to hear the plea against President Zardaris holding of dual office, Dunya News reported today.
The Bench would be headed by Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, other members are: Justice Iftikhar Hussain, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman and Justice Ijazul Hassan.Earlier, the bench formed in this regard got dissolved after Justice Sheikh Azmat pulled out, saying that he used to be President Zardaris counsel.
The bench would hear the case from March 19. In the petition filed by Advocate AK Dogar, it is argued that the president is states leader therefore to hold headship of a political party is against his president-ship.
